Is there a call-out fee just to look?
No. Visiting and quoting is free, and we do not charge a call-out fee even if you decide not to proceed.
Is the listed price final?
It is a starting price for the most basic conditions. If pipe extension, new core drilling or a lift is needed, we confirm the final figure on site and start only once you agree.
Can you come the same day?
Morning requests can usually be handled the same day. In peak summer the schedule can slip, so we advise available windows when you book.
