Getting started
What do I need to build a website?+
Upload a business card, menu, brochure, or photos. AI reads the name, contact details, menu, and story for you. If you have no files, you can still search your business name or start by chatting.
What files can I upload?+
PNG, JPG, and WEBP images plus PDFs — up to 20 files at once, 10MB each. AI reads business cards, signs, menus, and brochures to pick up your name, contact, menu, and intro. If typing is hard, refine with yes/no cards only.
Do you also promote my site after it’s built?+
Yes. Right after publishing, one tap turns on auto-marketing. Every two weeks AI creates a blog post, card news, and a short video. You approve before publishing by default — or switch to fully automatic. A monthly visits report lands in your inbox. The free plan includes one trial.
Pricing & plans
Is it really free?+
Yes — there’s a free-forever plan. Start without registering a card and run ‘your own website’: a one-page site with your business info at a glance, free for life. You can preview every design, and core designs publish for free. Premium designs and subpages (multi-page) like menus and galleries unlock with Pro.
When do I need the Pro plan?+
Move to Pro when you need multiple pages (menu, gallery, bookings), premium design publishing, your own domain, a full year of stats, or AI logo & brand tone. Every design can still be previewed on the free plan.
Can I cancel Pro anytime?+
Yes — cancel with one click from the billing screen in your dashboard. You keep access for the time you’ve already paid for.
Domain & sharing
Can I use my own domain?+
On the Pro plan you can connect your own domain, like homebaro.kr. We provide a DNS setup guide too.
How is my default address decided?+
You get yourname.homebaro.com. Choose it yourself during sign-up, or let AI suggest one.
What does it look like when shared on KakaoTalk?+
An OG card and thumbnail are generated automatically, so your business name and a preview image show up right in the chat.
Editing & running your site
Can I edit the site after it’s made?+
Of course. You can edit section by section from your dashboard, anytime.
How do I upload photos?+
Click where you want a photo and upload straight from your gallery. We crop it to the right size automatically.
My menu and prices change often. Is that okay?+
Menus and product lists have their own management screen, so you can sort, edit, and duplicate items all at once.
Data & security
Who owns my data?+
Everything you enter belongs to you. You can export or delete it at any time.
What do visitor stats collect?+
Only anonymous aggregates: device type, traffic source, and which buttons were clicked. We never store personally identifiable information.
What happens to my site if I delete my account?+
Your site is kept recoverable for 30 days after you request deletion. After that, it’s permanently removed.
